Now Licensed in Massachusetts!

Design Professionals, Inc. (DPI) recently expanded its business to perform full site planning services, including land surveying, civil & traffic engineering and landscape architecture, in Massachusetts. Already licensed in Connecticut, DPI also recently became licensed to perform land surveying services in Rhode Island.

DPI is proud to have many leading architects, land developers, and building owners as well as numerous government agencies as clients. Since 1986, DPI’s eighteen person staff has participated in more than 2,000 land development projects in over 120 communities.  These projects include: retail developments, residential communities, public & private schools, industrial and office buildings, recreational facilities and government buildings.

Peter R. DeMallie, DPI’s chief executive and founding principal observed: “How satisfying it is that DPI has grown to be a virtual one stop shop for land development. We look forward to continuing services to our current clients and introducing our services to new clients throughout southern New England.”
