Since its inception in 1986, Design Professionals, Inc. has worked on the development of shopping centers, beauty salons and spas, out-parcels, and stand-alone restaurants and banks. Design Professionals, Inc. is often commissioned to assist in the evaluation of the development potential of vacant and underutilized properties. Projects include the School Street Square power center in East Hartford, the nation’s first stand-alone Staples office supply store in East Hartford, and expansion of the historic Mill on the River restaurant in South Windsor.
