Ms. DeMallie holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Connecticut, and a B.S. in Environmental Design (Urban Planning & Landscape Architecture) from the University of Massachusetts. She also studied community planning at the graduate school level at the University of Rhode Island. She held the position of  CEO from 2008-2022, and previously served as the firm's CFO from 1986-2008.
