DPI provided complete civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and land surveying services for the new corporate headquarters of Bob's Discount Furniture. The building is located behind the chain's flagship store on Tolland Turnpike in Manchester, Connecticut. This project included full site plans for a new building and parking lot, realignment of existing parking & driveways, and storm drainage into Union Pond which lies to the south of the new building. The nine acre site will be comprised of the 3-story office building of 103,500 square feet and over 400 parking spaces.  The new office building is currently under construction.
