Design Professionals provided complete land planning, land surveying, and civil engineering services for this high-tech printing operation located at the Interstate 291, U.S. Route 5 interchange. Due to its success, the facility, once owned by DST Output, expanded twice within first 10 years of opening. DPI completed all three phases of the site design. On over 50 acres of land, the campus now contains a 300,000 sf building, 600+ parking spaces, a 3.3 acre detention pond, and a 1/2 mile long "moat," which was designed as a creative stormwater solution for the flat site.
