DPI was hired by the general contractor to value engineer approved site plans for a new FedEx Ground distribution facility located on Sullivan Avenue (Route 194) in South Windsor.  Design Professionals was able to redesign the site to significantly reduce the amount of fill required under the building pad, saving over $0.5 million.  DPI was then subsequently hired to secure approvals for the Phase II building expansion, bringing the total facility over 300,000 SF, including the maintenance facility and the fueling station.
