DPI performed civil engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying services for Hartford Toyota's brand new dealership, including a showroom and service department. Replacing a gravel car lot, a new building was built to increase visibility from Interstate 91. DPI was responsible for securing approvals from the City of Hartford as well as the MDC for a new sewer main running across the property. We followed up the process with a final as-built to gain certificate of occupancy from the City of Hartford and CT DMV licensing.
