DPI conducted a property and topographic survey on an old bowling alley site on John Fitch Boulevard (Route 5) in South Windsor, Connecticut.  DPI was contracted to complete a full site plan and gain approvals through the Town of South Windsor including inland wetlands & planning and zoning commission. Septic approval was gained through the Health Department for the proposed septic field designed on the property. This project includes a 16,500 SF building featuring a showroom, offices, parts department, and state-of-the-art truck upfitting service garage. This project is currently under construction.
