Mill on the River

DPI has completed various engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying projects for the historic restaurant located on the Podunk River and Route 30 in South Windsor, Connecticut. DPI completed site plans and secured approvals for several expansions of the facility, including a first-class bar expansion and a 75 car parking lot expansion across Route 30. DPI coordinated and secured approvals with the ConnDOT for the pedestrian crossing and signaling across Route 30.
