Madison Land Conservation Trust

Working in collaboration with Tetra Tech, an engineering management company headquartered in California, we performed property surveys covering approximately 220 acres of salt marshes in Madison, Connecticut. The purpose of the project was for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) to take easements over the MLCT property to protect and preserve the land. DPI prepared the easement maps and descriptions. This project included extensive land record research, property survey, and setting of monumentation including iron pins & sign posts to outline the easement areas.
