Monomoy Island

As part of an on-call contract with the United States Fish and Wildlife Service covering Connecticut, Massachusetts, & Rhode Island, Design Professionals was the lead consultant in providing aerial mapping of eight miles of islands, shoreline, and a portion of the Town of Chatham, Massachusetts. DPI set 45 aerial control targets, many of which were set on foot on the largest island since it is a part of the Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge, closed to the general public and vehicular access is prohibited.
