Old Talcott Mill was once a booming mill in the old mill town of Talcottville, Connecticut, now a section of Vernon. Laying vacant, Design Professionals joined a team providing land surveying, civil engineering, traffic engineering, and landscape architecture services to convert the mill into an 84-unit residential apartment community & commercial office complex. Our services included the preparation of a stream bank restoration plan for the sensitive Tankerhoosen River that runs through the site.
