DPI was on the design team for the new 72,000 SF Orchard Hill Elementary School in South Windsor, Connecticut. DPI provided land surveying, civil and traffic engineering services for this project that included several parking lots, a separate bus circulation loop, two playgrounds, a multi-purpose field, a connector road, and a sanitary sewer main extension. DPI was the member responsible for securing local regulatory approvals.
