DPI prepared boundary, topographic, utility surveys, easement and taking plans, and engineered site plans for a 490,000 square foot ALDI distribution facility on a 106 acre site, including surveying and engineering for the reconstruction of nearly one mile of Rye Street and Sullivan Avenue (CT Route 194) in South Windsor. This included extensive coordination with Connecticut Department of Transportation. On Sullivan Avenue, the plans included a dedicated right-turn lane and re striping for the northbound portion of Route 5 (John Fitch Boulevard) and re striping for Route 194 (Sullivan Avenue) along the frontage of our Sullivan Avenue Industrial Park. DPI received OSTA approval from the CTDOT.
