DPI provided complete civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and land surveying services for the adaptive re-use of a single-family house into the offices for Shea & Company Real Estate in South Windsor, Connecticut. DPI designed an underground infiltration system for the new parking lot and coordinated with DOT regarding sight lines for the entrance on CT Route 30.
