DPI provided complete civil engineering, planning, land surveying and landscape architecture services for this new office condominium development in South Windsor, Connecticut. The first phase encompassed four buildings totaling almost 40,000 sf. The 3.25 acre site required new bypass lanes on Route 30, and DPI secured permits from the DOT for the road widening. The second phase included nine more units in two buildings on an abutting one acre parcel, making the total complex more than 30 units.
