Mr. Luczak utilizes his diverse experience in civil engineering to serve as DPI’s Director of Engineering, coordinating the daily operations of projects and management.  In this position, he is responsible for the internal coordination of projects between the different departments as well as general client coordination. He also functions as the consulting Town Engineer for Woodstock, Connecticut.

Mr. Luczak overseas a multi-disciplinary design studio, which prepares site plans for a wide variety of land development projects, including: schools, healthcare facilities, industrial, office parks, government buildings, retail, residential communities, recreational facilities, streets, athletic complexes, houses of worship, mixed-use developments, and municipal parks.  He is also responsible for presentations before state and municipal land-use regulatory agencies for zoning, architectural design review, planning, recreational and wetlands commission reviews.

 

Mr. Luczak is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Connecticut and a Connecticut-licensed building official.
