Barbara Schmitt is a licensed professional landscape architect in the State of Connecticut. She holds two degrees from UCONN: Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture as well as a Bachelor of Science in Geology & Geophysics. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and is also a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects.  For a decade she had her own landscape architectural practice and prior to that was a Project Manager at Fuss & O’Neill and also at Ferrero Hixon Associates, and prior to that was a junior geologist Groundwater & Environmental Services.
