Rebecca Shinkoff is DPI's Director of Finance & Human Resources and Corporate Treasurer & Secretary. She has held financial, accounting, and leadership positions at major domestic corporations, and holds a B.S. in Business Administration degree from The University of Maine and an MBA from UConn.
