DPI is a leading multi-disciplinary land development consulting firm serving the three southern New England states from our home office in South Windsor, Connecticut. We perform all aspects of land surveying, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction stakeout, as-built surveys, and digital surface modeling. DPI has numerous large land surveying projects under contract with multiple private- and public-sector clients in CT, MA, and RI.


The Survey Technician position requires proficiency in Civil 3D and experience in the land surveying profession. 2+ years of experience and a willingness/ability to temporarily assist our crews in the field are preferred. A college education and experience in digital surface modeling are a plus, but not required. Hourly rate commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Our survey crews operate state-of-the-art field equipment, including VRN GPS and robotic total stations.  Eagerness and ability to work outdoors in difficult terrain and weather conditions is required.
