Superstorm Sandy Rehabilitation

Working in collaboration with Capital Studio Architects, Design Professionals provided land surveying and civil engineering design and permitting services for the Superstorm Sandy Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Projects along the Connecticut shoreline. We worked with the architects to define flood zone areas for applicable houses to raise them above flood elevations to meet state and federal requirements.  These projects often included securing zoning variances, providing as-built surveys and FEMA Elevation Certificates.  Check out before and after photos below as well as some of the projects that have been completed.
